What we do.
Forrest Peak Capital is a privately capitalised investment company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with an international investment focus.
Our principal business is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of investments and other proprietary assets for our own account.
We also undertake ancillary treasury activities, including providing financing from our own capital to selected corporate counterparties.
We evaluate selected opportunities across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Cayman Islands, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and Singapore. Our geographic focus is not exclusive and may evolve as market conditions and investment opportunities develop.
We invest selectively and manage capital with a focus on preservation, disciplined risk assessment and long-term value. We do not raise or manage capital for outside investors and do not provide investment management or advisory services to clients.
Proprietary capital
We deploy capital from our own balance sheet. We do not operate a fund, accept deposits or manage third-party money.
Selective approach
We assess each investment individually, considering its structure, underlying economics, risks, jurisdiction and long-term value.
Long-term ownership
We may hold investments over extended periods and actively monitor their performance, risks and strategic development.

Selective corporate financing.
As an ancillary part of its proprietary investment and treasury activities, Forrest Peak provides financing from its own capital to selected corporate counterparties in its geographic focus markets and, where appropriate, in other jurisdictions.
Financing transactions are considered privately and on a case-by-case basis. Each transaction is subject to the nature and structure of the opportunity, the relevant jurisdictions, satisfactory due diligence, internal approval, contractual agreement and applicable law.
Forrest Peak does not provide consumer lending, accept deposits, operate a public lending platform or offer financing services to the general public.
Corporate counterparties only
Financing is provided only to selected corporate counterparties and is not available to individuals or retail customers.
Proprietary capital
All financing is provided from Forrest Peak's own capital and not from customer deposits or externally managed investor funds.
Selective transactions
Forrest Peak does not publish standard financing products or maintain an open application programme. Each transaction is assessed individually.
Cross-border assessment
Transactions involving multiple jurisdictions are subject to appropriate legal, tax, compliance and regulatory review.

Investment and treasury decisions are subject to internal review, legal and commercial assessment, and proportionate compliance controls. We evaluate the nature of each asset, the relevant counterparties, the source and use of funds, jurisdictional considerations and the risks associated with each transaction.
Commercial review
We assess the underlying business, asset, transaction structure, financial position and expected risk-adjusted outcome.
Counterparty diligence
Relevant counterparties and beneficial owners are subject to proportionate identity, ownership, sanctions and reputational checks.
Ongoing monitoring
We monitor material investments and exposures throughout the period in which they are held.
Compliance
AML, KYC, sanctions and other applicable compliance measures are applied according to the nature, jurisdiction and risk of each transaction.
